Dr. Poorya Jalali is a Clinical Associate Professor and Director of Graduate Endodontics at Texas A&M University College of Dentistry. Dr. Jalali received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 2008 from Iran and earned his Certificate in Endodontics from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine in 2015. He is a board-certified Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics.
Dr. Jalali’s research focuses on clinically relevant endodontic topics, particularly surgical endodontics and innovations in techniques and devices. He has published more than 40 peer-reviewed articles, holds a patent for an endodontic surgical device, and has mentored over 30 graduate residents in research.
He serves as the American Association of Endodontists (AAE) District V Director and is a member of the AAE Board of Directors. He also serves on the Journal of Endodontics Scientific Advisory Board and the AAE Research and Scientific Affairs Committee.
